💰 £110,000 - £130,000 per year
About the role
- Co-lead the target operating model project and oversee strategic improvement projects
- Act as internal consultant for the target operating model, leading workstreams and stakeholder planning
- Shape and sharpen strategies to strengthen the operating model and deliver value
- Define and measure performance with meaningful KPIs to drive progress
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and clear communications
- Lead and inspire a team of continuous improvement leads to deliver results
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and influence strategic decisions
- Partner across Virgin to deliver strategic, lasting operational improvements
- Create simple frameworks and processes to improve ways of working
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and co-create practical solutions
- Use insight, analysis and feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
- Support leaders by sharing best practice and building continuous improvement capability
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in an operations function or fintech, start-up or consulting environment
- Significant experience optimising processes and steering improvement programmes
- Mastery of methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Communication skills that inspire action
- Experience managing high-performing teams
- Comprehensive training in strategy, process excellence, project management, management, and change management
- Business Process Modelling certifications an advantage
- Certified professional coach credentials (advantageous)
