About the role

  • Influence the direction and strategy of AI-driven transformation across industries
  • Design and implement AI operating models in collaboration with clients and technology platforms
  • Unlock and apply the Sofigate AI Agent library and the Business Technology Standard
  • Work alongside business consultants, technical developers, and AI experts to solve real-world challenges
  • Define and document best practices in AI-driven service design
  • Create AI-driven service concepts and redesign business-critical workflows in a human-centered manner
  • Co-create with clients to bring AI solutions from vision to execution
  • Support sales with compelling design visions and develop design capabilities within the organisation

Requirements

  • 8+ years in service design, UX, or strategic design roles
  • Experience in AI/data-centric projects
  • Experience with cross-functional business collaboration
  • Ability to combine service design, UX, and AI to create human-centered intelligent systems
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Finnish language skills considered an advantage
