About the role
- Support medium to large-scale projects that impact our department and the Commercial Bank
- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Maintain key project documentation
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams, document progress, and report project status to stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical feedback to effectively drive project delivery
- Identify ways to continually improve and streamline our processes
- Formulate and implement solutions, leveraging technology as much as possible
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Preferred)
- Project Management Certification, Lean, Agile, Scrum Master or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Experience in Financial Services (Preferred)
- Knowledge and experience using Google Suite or Snowflake (Preferred)
