About the role
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company
- Manage localized incident management processes to track customer and business impacts
- Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to assess customer and business impacts
- Partner with Data and Tech peers to identify root causes and develop preventive measures
- Work with the Acquisitions/Marketing Command Center on marketing incidents
- Report incident volumes, impacts, and next steps to stakeholders at different levels
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights related to incidents
- Develop resources and tools to prevent Intent Implementation incidents
- Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment
- Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and be delivered on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
