About the role
- Drive program delivery initiatives for crucial tech-wide programs
- Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering teams to drive commitments and execution
- Create executive status reporting of Bank Tech Initiatives
- Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment
- Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and be delivered on time
- Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project/program efforts
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management in a dynamic complex environment
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through leadership style
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 4 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in Enterprise Technology Programs
- At least 2 years of experience identifying, assessing, and managing technology risk
- Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (preferred)
- 2+ years of Jira experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
