💰 $170,800 - $194,900 per year
About the role
- Own our performance reporting cadence and structure
- Develop and implement our Annual Planning process
- Support BC&P’s senior leadership team with monitoring the health and status of our key Initiatives
- Ensure our top Initiatives are properly resourced by our Card and Enterprise platform stakeholders
- Lead moderate to large sized teams on high-priority initiatives and work streams that span across Business Cards and Payments and Capital One
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- 6+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients (preferred)
- 6+ years of project management experience (preferred)
- Certified Scrum Master Certification or Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
