Partner with customer teams to define area solutions and ensure they are delivered on schedule
Manage roadmaps, project plans, customer communications and stakeholder engagements
Ensure project deliverables and software testing artifacts are well managed and approved per enterprise requirements
Support quarterly planning activities and partner with multiple stakeholders to set the agenda and drive project delivery
Publish recurring reports to provide visibility into delivery targets, upcoming milestones and project status
Identify dependencies, handoffs and impediments and proactively keep the team on track
Build strong working relationships with business customers and delivery partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in project, process or product management
At least 2 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets AND PowerPoint or Google Slides
2+ years project consulting experience in a client facing environment (preferred)
Master’s degree (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred)
2+ years of experience in tracking & communication tools (Jira, Confluence, LumApps, Newsletters) (preferred)
Experience in technology, software or business information systems (preferred)
Experience in financial accounting or financial systems support (preferred)
