About the role
- Learn account and media responsibilities with primary focus on paid social
- Help understand consumer intent and identify the best approach to capturing it for clients
- Develop best practices for campaign set-up, management, and reporting
- Conduct campaign setup, management, optimizations, and QA
- Pull and ensure accuracy of reporting; monitor campaign pacing toward goals
- Support campaign budget management and provide updates for deliverables
- Review social trends and craft insights for clients; identify growth opportunities and top-performing ad copy to inform creative
- Collaborate with team members and support West Coast clients working hybrid in-office from Playa Vista
Requirements
- Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing campaigns
- Identify top-performing ad copy to inform new creative
- Review social trends and craft insights for clients
- Ensure reporting is pulled accurately
- Monitor campaign pacing toward goals
- Provide support in campaign budget management and optimizations
- Provide updates for deliverables & re-prioritize tasks as needed
- QA implementation for new campaigns, as well as ad copy rotations
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to the Supervisor
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 certification is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Innate curiosity, attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
