About the role
- Manage a team of technical Digital Services Specialists who service and support Canon hardware and technology-based solutions within a territory and/or assigned accounts.
Select, hire, train, and develop technical representatives.
Address and resolve customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
Oversee warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory.
Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry.
In-office three days a week with option to work from home remainder; hybrid schedule requiring being in office three days a week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time.
Service management experience in the office technology industry.
Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge of electromechanical technology.
Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
Strong communication skills, including the desire to develop and lead a team.
Possess excellent time management skills.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
