Account Executive

• Identify and target potential DACH based Institutional and Wealth clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
• Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and priorities of prospective clients
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Canoe Intelligence's solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, business development, marketing, and client success, to ensure a seamless client onboarding and implementation process
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to drive successful deal closures
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales management team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that impact the institutional sector

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support and continuously improve the annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range forecasting processes
• Build, maintain, and refine dynamic financial models
• Perform variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods; surface key trends, risks, and drivers for leadership review
• Assist with Board Presentation creation
• Produce monthly management and executive reporting packages, including KPI dashboards and concise written insights
• Track, analyze, and explain core SaaS metrics
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure accurate actuals, clean close alignment, and consistent reporting inputs
• Analyze unit economics and cost drivers across customers, products, and teams to support pricing, resourcing, and investment decisions
• Support headcount planning and hiring forecasts in partnership with People and department leaders as the company scales
• Act as a finance partner to GTM, Product, and Operations teams to support performance tracking and decision-making
• Help department leaders manage budgets through spend analysis, forecast updates, and ROI evaluation
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and scenario models to support strategic decisions and leadership requests

FP&A Analyst

Account Manager

• Serve as the Designated Relationship Manager for a large volume of clients
• Proactively encourage client participation in webinars and community events
• Partner with the Implementations team for smooth transitions
• Conduct ad-hoc virtual meetings for client inquiries
• Act as a bridge between clients and Canoe Support and Product teams
• Identify opportunities for expansion and manage renewals

Relationship Manager

• Investigate, optimize, rationalize, and build the future.
• Serve in a strategic and hands-on capacity to bring automated solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Write scripts, configure tools, and build "low-code" automations to fix immediate problems.
• Audit existing workflows to find "black boxes" and broken logic.
• Map the "As-Is" operational reality and design the "To-Be" automated future.
• Own the configuration and operational alignment across client workflows to the Canoe standard.
• Translate the messy reality of private markets data into clean, structured technical requirements for our Data Team.

Process Engineer

Product Marketing

• Design integrated GTM systems that leverage AI
• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows
• Lead the growth strategy across North America and EMEA
• Use AI-augmented data to identify market shifts
• Design 'ABM Lite' programs and automated workflows
• Direct the strategy and budget for global paid media
• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Marketing Operations

Director of GTM – Growth

Director

• Move beyond tactical module creation to design a long-term enablement strategy that aligns with Canoe's rapid scaling organization and revenue targets.
• Own all programming and execution required to successfully build and launch enablement initiatives.
• Finalize launch of our Learning Management System (LMS), establishing a rigorous formal certification framework to verify that every team member is a subject matter expert.
• Create high-level playbooks for objection handling, market positioning, and competitive differentiators specifically tailored by client segment, region, and size.
• Partner with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other functional leaders to build robust enablement programming.
• Establish KPIs to measure the direct impact of enablement programs on sales cycle compression, win rates, and client retention.
• Revamp onboarding process within our Learning Management System and uplevel existing onboarding to reduce ramp time amongst Commercial hires.

Commercial Enablement Director

• Lead the development and rollout of communication plans for new products and enhancements.
• Own the setup and management of in-app walkthroughs, pop-ups, and NPS surveys using Pendo.
• Build interactive demos in Walnut to showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Maintain and distribute a library of high-quality collateral, including brochures, battlecards, and product stats.
• Manage the Zendesk Knowledge Base and release notes process.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure internal teams are fully enabled and aligned on the "why" behind every update.
• Use knowledge of the Fintech and Alts industries for website updates, white papers, and other marketing content.

Product Marketing Manager

• Prospect and generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels within the wealth and institutional financial markets
• Qualify inbound leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries
• Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Canoe Intelligence's solutions
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to drive pipeline growth
