• Be first line of contact for Canoe’s premier customers, answering cases related to how-to’s, troubleshooting, and training
• Schedule and attend recurring meetings with premier clients to discuss open support cases, product releases and other client concerns
• Attend quarterly client management review meetings to discuss overall Support matters specific to the client
• Infrequent ad-hoc requests that may involve coordinating Support outside of normal business hours

• Translate the Company and CRO’s revenue strategy into executable operating plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Lead product launches and other cross-functional initiatives that span Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Client Success — ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Build closed-loop measurement systems so every GTM investment can be tracked from spend to outcome.
• Serve as an analytical thought partner to the CRO flagging risks, surfacing insights, and synthesizing data into decisions.

Solutions Engineer

• Build, test, and deploy robust data pipelines between Canoe and client systems.
• Write the scripts and configure API connectivity, SFTP transfers, and data normalization processes required to ensure high-fidelity data flow.
• Dive into client data ecosystems to identify specific integration points.
• Execute the necessary configurations and write custom integration code to connect systems and maximize automation.
• Produce clear and practical documentation, including data flow diagrams, API usage examples, and runbooks.
• Work directly with client-side developers, data engineers, and technical leads to execute the implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time, explain technical setups clearly, and ensure clients are properly utilizing Canoe’s API.

• Move beyond tactical module creation to design a long-term enablement strategy that aligns with Canoe's rapid scaling organization and revenue targets.
• Own all programming and execution required to successfully build and launch enablement initiatives.
• Finalize launch of our Learning Management System (LMS), establishing a rigorous formal certification framework to verify that every team member is a subject matter expert.
• Create high-level playbooks for objection handling, market positioning, and competitive differentiators specifically tailored by client segment, region, and size.
• Partner with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other functional leaders to build robust enablement programming.
• Establish KPIs to measure the direct impact of enablement programs on sales cycle compression, win rates, and client retention.

GTM Enablement Director

Implementation Specialist

• Assist in the setup and configuration of authorization workflows, streamlining document collection, approval, and signature processes for clients.
• Partner with the Implementation and Project Management teams to address technical challenges and make adjustments to ensure successful client implementation.
• Assist clients in optimizing their document authorization workflows, including integration with platforms like DocuSign.
• Serve as an SME on authorization workflows, integrating tools like Snowflake, JIRA, and Excel, and assist implementation team members with technical troubleshooting and optimization.
• Continuously assess authorization workflows and propose improvements for better document handling, compliance processes, and integration within the Canoe Connect product offering.

• Backlog Management: Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams, ensuring items are clearly defined, detailed, and ordered to maximize business value.
• Detailed Story Writing: Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features, leaving no ambiguity for the development teams.
