Data Analyst

• Support Asset Data Processing Workflows: Assist in the intake, review, and processing of asset-level data—including cost basis, valuations, and operating metrics—ensuring data moves through the pipeline accurately and on time.
• Monitor & Triage Exceptions: Review automated outputs, identify processing exceptions or anomalies, and escalate or resolve issues in coordination with senior operations staff.
• Deliver Quality: Reconcile extraction data against source documents, manage conflicting data points, and maintain high standards across all client deliverables.
• Be an SME: Be the go-to individual within Canoe's Asset Data team for underlying asset data points—including cost basis, valuations, and operating metrics—and support the manipulation and enrichment of such data.
• Take charge of ensuring the highest standard of output for our asset data product offering, including standardizing asset-level data points across the platform.
• Champion best practices, perform quality checks, and drive consistency across the team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Perform analysis on data trends to inform our product and service offering, and flag patterns that can inform process improvements or automation opportunities.
• Identify technology and process improvements to efficiently and effectively process asset data, and assist in refining operating procedures.
• Help capture and organize process notes, workflow rules, and exception-handling procedures to be shared across operations and product teams.
• Work closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate operational needs, contribute to asset data product roadmap discussions, and flag issues that require systemic fixes.
• Support delivery through onshore and offshore team structures, ensuring asset data work is executed accurately and on schedule.

Support Engineer

• Become a Canoe product expert and understand how Canoe’s proprietary machine learning technology adds value to our clients workflows
• Be first line of contact for Canoe’s production customer base, answering cases related to how-to’s, troubleshooting, and training
• Work cross-functionally with Canoe teams to solve client inquiries and streamline processes
• Respond to client inquiries in a consistent, concise and timely manner
• Collaborate with Canoe’s Product team to relay ideas/feedback and track the resolution of reported bugs
• Coordinate with Canoe’s Data Team to absorb client feedback into Canoe’s technology to positively impact future systematic collection of data

Support Analyst

Account Executive

• Identify and target potential clients
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities
• Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and priorities of prospective clients
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Canoe Intelligence's solutions

Account Executive, Wealth Management

Client Support Analyst

• Be a Canoe product expert and understand how Canoe’s proprietary machine learning technology adds value to our clients workflows
• Be first line of contact for Canoe’s premier customers, answering cases related to how-to’s, troubleshooting, and training
• Schedule and attend recurring meetings with premier clients to discuss open support cases, product releases and other client concerns
• Attend quarterly client management review meetings to discuss overall Support matters specific to the client
• Infrequent ad-hoc requests that may involve coordinating Support outside of normal business hours
• Track and manage client specific metrics, reviewing for key trends
• Manage client effectively by setting client expectations when required
• Act as an internal and client advocate for sensitive issues raised by premier clients
• Work cross-functionally with Canoe teams to solve client inquiries (i.e. the case)

Revenue Operations

• Translate the Company and CRO’s revenue strategy into executable operating plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Lead product launches and other cross-functional initiatives that span Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Client Success — ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Build closed-loop measurement systems so every GTM investment can be tracked from spend to outcome.
• Serve as an analytical thought partner to the CRO flagging risks, surfacing insights, and synthesizing data into decisions.
• Design and own the commercial tech stack including CRM governance, data hygiene standards, and tooling strategy across the full GTM org.
• Refine forecasting infrastructure that gives the CRO and CEO real-time visibility into pipeline health, coverage ratios, and revenue predictability.
• Define and instrument leading and lagging KPIs across pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and retention.
• Drive territory design, quota setting, and capacity planning in partnership with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Own the weekly operating cadence including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBR infrastructure.
• Refine and run a world-class onboarding program that gets new AEs to first deal in under 60 days.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, competitive battle cards, and objection handling frameworks aligned to Canoe’s value-based selling methodology.
• Own the content and tools that support every stage of the deal cycle from outbound through negotiation and close.
• Partner with Marketing to ensure sales has the right assets at the right time with clear feedback loops on what’s working in market.
• Measure the ROI of every readiness program and iterate ruthlessly based on what moves rep performance.
