About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within our Institutional and Wealth Management segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Implementation, Support, Sales, and Leadership to drive retention and revenue growth
  • Lead the adoption of best practices for client retention, including business reports
  • Drive net dollar retention (post-sales expansion and renewals) for Canoe’s clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience owning a book of business where you were responsible for driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, upselling, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience providing ROI presentations or business reviews to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments highly preferred
