About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead large, enterprise software implementation projects
- Collaborate as a senior member of the Client Operations team to oversee and drive Canoe platform implementations
- Demonstrate Canoe’s value and guide clients toward maximum value realization
- Create, execute, and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, allocations, and project teams
- Create and implement project plans, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor team members and provide direction and support to project teams
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders, sponsors, project teams, clients, team members, and senior leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities
- Assess risks and develop and maintain mitigation plans
- Ensure quality control of project tasks
- Document project artifacts, including BRDs, RAID, and workflow diagrams
- Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and feedback to the team, leadership, and client stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience leading large, enterprise client implementations as a software vendor working with financial institutions
- Analytical, data-driven, detail oriented, and resourceful
- Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate at an executive level
- Ownership across a portfolio of deliverables and relationships
- Client-centric; a genuine interest to deliver results for customers
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment, sharing best practices, and supporting teammates
- Familiarity and experience with Financial Technology; alternative investments experience preferred
- Must reside in either the NYC metro area or Jacksonville, Florida
- Travel may be required, up to 25%
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CSM, PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
