- Design integrated GTM systems that leverage AI
- Develop and implement AI-driven workflows
- Lead the growth strategy across North America and EMEA
- Use AI-augmented data to identify market shifts
- Design 'ABM Lite' programs and automated workflows
- Direct the strategy and budget for global paid media
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Marketing Operations
Requirements
- 8+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or GTM leadership within B2B FinTech or SaaS.
- Proven ability to architect automated workflows and use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms).
- Deep experience with systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HighSpot.
- Experience working effectively with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales leads in a high-growth, global environment.
- Ability to move beyond 'what happened' analytics toward predictive, forward-looking strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with the alternative investment landscape and the nuances of marketing to institutional and wealth personas.
