Requirements

  • 8+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or GTM leadership within B2B FinTech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to architect automated workflows and use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms).
  • Deep experience with systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and HighSpot.
  • Experience working effectively with Corporate Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales leads in a high-growth, global environment.
  • Ability to move beyond 'what happened' analytics toward predictive, forward-looking strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with the alternative investment landscape and the nuances of marketing to institutional and wealth personas.
