💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Serve as the Designated Relationship Manager for a large volume of clients
  • Proactively encourage client participation in webinars and community events
  • Partner with the Implementations team for smooth transitions
  • Conduct ad-hoc virtual meetings for client inquiries
  • Act as a bridge between clients and Canoe Support and Product teams
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and manage renewals

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business effectively
  • Excellent ability to communicate and influence stakeholders through virtual channels
  • A strong desire to own client outcomes
  • Experience or comfort with driving renewals and identifying up-sell opportunities
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments is highly preferred
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc requests with a sense of urgency
