About the role
- Serve as the Designated Relationship Manager for a large volume of clients
- Proactively encourage client participation in webinars and community events
- Partner with the Implementations team for smooth transitions
- Conduct ad-hoc virtual meetings for client inquiries
- Act as a bridge between clients and Canoe Support and Product teams
- Identify opportunities for expansion and manage renewals
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business effectively
- Excellent ability to communicate and influence stakeholders through virtual channels
- A strong desire to own client outcomes
- Experience or comfort with driving renewals and identifying up-sell opportunities
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments is highly preferred
- Ability to handle ad-hoc requests with a sense of urgency
