Knowledge Management Specialist

Support Engineer

• Draft, review, edit, and manage customer contracts, amendments, order forms, statements of work, and other commercial documents.
• Translate business requirements and deal terms into clear, accurate contractual language while ensuring alignment with company standards and approved legal provisions.
• Partner closely with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate, revise, and finalize agreement language.
• Review customer requests and identify contractual, operational, and billing implications.

• Partner with DSMs to identify, position, and execute marketplace partner solutions within active opportunities

• Own the end-to-end renewals operating model, including process design, timelines, ownership, escalation paths, and systems
