About the role
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for EP Cube residential energy storage solutions
- Generate, manage, and close opportunities independently
- Leverage and expand a portfolio of installers, distributors, and EPC partners
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
- Position and communicate technical and commercial value propositions versus competitors
- Champion customer excellence: understand needs, deliver outstanding service, build long-term trust
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and executive leadership for an aligned customer experience
- Represent Eternal Planet/Canadian Solar at industry events, trade fairs, and customer engagements
- Lead and manage teams as Sales Manager/Team Leader to drive growth and close high-impact deals
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales in solar, energy storage, or cleantech
- Robust personal network of EPCs, installers, and partners
- Proven sales track record independently closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep technical knowledge of residential battery storage systems (string inverter experience a plus)
- Fluency in German (must)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with passion for customer success
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong team player with focus on internal collaboration to ensure alignment across departments
