Develop and support execution of training programs and resources to advance sales productivity and field sales efficiency
Support new hire onboarding and advanced clinical and sales training
Manage training program logistics and communications
Develop agendas, curricula, learning activities, and competency assessments
Manage LMS content and curriculum
Design and develop training modules and sales tools using video, SCORM, audio podcasts, and presentations
Collaborate with sales, marketing, KOLs to develop podcasts, virtual calls, conferences, and live training events
Partner with sales leadership to align training objectives with commercial acceleration strategy and measure KPIs
Evaluate and update programs to improve learner retention and competitive product knowledge
Incorporate innovative learning approaches and technology
Plan and direct complex cross-functional training activities and lead risk mitigation and issue resolution
Participate in planning and execution of national and regional commercial meetings and strategic projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field; alternatively certification in instructional design with demonstrated experience
Master’s degree preferred
7 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum 5 years within the medical device industry
Experience with developing meaningful learning solutions impacting sales organizations
Proven success operating in a matrix environment
Ability to travel up to 50% (may include overnight/weekend travel)
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, certain immunizations)
Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license
Legal authorization to work in the United States required
