• The Regional Clinical Development Manager (RCM) is responsible for a broad range of activities including the leadership and management multi-level of Clinical Specialists and 1099 (independently contracted Clinical Specialists)
• The Regional Clinical Development Manager develops, manages, and delivers clinical education to sales, clinical specialists, marketing, surgeons, 1099 case coverage individuals and OR staff to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients treated with Calyxo manufactured products.

Regional Clinical Development Manager – Western Region

Outside Sales

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outline territory sales objectives and areas of vulnerability.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.

• Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Sales team, and Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships.
• Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time.
• Provide support for the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues.

Territory Sales Manager

Learning and Development

• Develop and support execution of training programs and resources to advance sales productivity and field sales efficiency
• Support new hire onboarding and advanced clinical and sales training

• Develop agendas, curricula, learning activities, and competency assessments
• Manage LMS content and curriculum
• Design and develop training modules and sales tools using video, SCORM, audio podcasts, and presentations

Training Manager

Business Analyst

• Own and maintain the structure, quality, and governance of customer master data, including hierarchies, identifiers, and classifications across CRM/ERP and other systems
• Ensure IDN, GPO, and pricing contract alignments are accurate and consistently applied across platforms
• Detect and resolve duplications, misalignments, and integrity issues before they impact reporting
• Manage indirect sales tracing: collect, validate, and attribute distributor sales to end-customers and integrate direct + indirect into unified reporting

Data and Insights Analyst

• Be responsible for all commercial activity within the designated sales region in the South Central
• Develop and grow the Calyxo business by engaging urologists, gaining facility approval for Calyxo products, partnering with the Market Access team to establish appropriate patient access, and driving safe and effective utilization of Calyxo products
• Grow the Calyxo business by hiring, developing, and leading sales team members to achieve business objectives within the region
• Collaborate with the West Coast Area Sales Director and Vice President, Sales to respond to day-to-day sales, strategy, and direction related to CVAC promotional activities
• Recruit, develop, lead, and retain territory sales professionals and clinical specialists in accordance with company growth plans
• Lead the regional sales team through setting of expectations and monitoring completion of assigned duties and assist in managing resources
• Develop commercial business strategies and tactical plans in conjunction with the Vice President, Sales to lead, manage and track the performance metrics of the regional sales teams

Artificial Intelligence

• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned and independently cover CVAC procedures
• Proctor cases to excellence and train the surgical team on the safe and effective uses of the device
• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally support cases during training period
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital policies and procedures
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource

Clinical Specialist

• The Senior Professional Education Manager plays a critical role within the Marketing organization at Calyxo, leading the strategy and execution of educational programs and physician development initiatives.
• Develop and execute effective education initiatives to drive market growth and adoption of Calyxo products with urologists and their staff
• Manage all aspects of peer-to-peer educational events, including intake of requests, faculty selection tailored to audience needs, content selection, faculty preparation, and coordination of travel and logistics
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support peer-to-peer needs, including providing speaker bios, managing invitations, coordinating AV logistics, and ensuring adherence to HCP compliance and policy guidelines
• Develop and refine peer-to-peer processes and resources to execute activities in a more efficient and effective manner
• Conduct post-program evaluations of content and faculty performance, stay informed of changes that may affect training requirements, and proactively update training protocols and materials to reflect improvements
