About the role

  • Report to Regional Sales Manager and drive CVAC adoption among physicians in Birmingham territory
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and provide monthly forecasts
  • Maintain territory plans outlining sales objectives and vulnerabilities
  • Communicate Calyxo product value proposition and qualify/train/develop accounts for high adoption
  • Partner with Professional Education, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Regional Sales Manager to support customers and corporate priorities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs; establish facility credentials to enter hospitals/medical facilities
  • Support resolution of product complaints/safety issues and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship and Sunshine Act policies
  • Manage travel and expenses and perform other duties as assigned
  • Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and high-achieving culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience (60+ months)
  • Medical device experience preferred
  • Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
  • Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
  • Operating room experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products and strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
  • Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and proficiency in complex reimbursement environments
  • Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
  • Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and generating new sales leads
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
