About the role
- Calyxo, Inc. is a medical device company addressing kidney stone treatment, headquartered in Pleasanton, California
- Drive high CVAC adoption among physicians in assigned territory and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans outlining sales objectives and vulnerabilities
- Provide monthly forecasts and communicate Calyxo product value proposition to customers
- Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products as integral part of kidney stone practice
- Communicate market conditions and recommend improvements to commercial processes
- Partner with Professional Education to provide clinical and training support
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs; partner with sales, marketing, customer service, finance teams
- Provide support for resolution of product complaints and safety issues and ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and company policies
- Establish and maintain facility credentials (RepTrax, Vendormate) and manage travel/expenses per budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
- Medical device experience preferred
- Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
- Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
- Operating room experience required
- Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products and strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
- Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and proficiency in complex reimbursement environments
- Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
- Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules
