About the role

  • Calyxo, Inc., medical device company focused on improving kidney stone treatment (CVAC).
  • Manchester, NH–based Territory Sales Manager for New England; reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Drive CVAC adoption among physicians and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Communicate Calyxo’s value proposition; qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to achieve high adoption.
  • Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan and provide monthly forecasts.
  • Partner with Professional Education, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to support training, reporting, and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs; establish facility credentials (RepTrax, Vendormate) to work in hospitals and ASCs.
  • Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues; ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and Sunshine Act policies.
  • Manage travel and expenses per approved budget; frequent travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience (medical device experience preferred)
  • Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
  • Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
  • Operating room experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products; strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
  • Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and proficiency in complex reimbursement environments
  • Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
  • Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination rules
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required
