💰 $120,000 - $260,000 per year
About the role
- Drive high CVAC adoption among physicians in the Omaha, NE territory
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for the territory
- Communicate CVAC’s value proposition to new and existing customers
- Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products
- Maintain territory plans and provide monthly forecasts
- Partner with Regional Sales Manager, Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Customer Service, and Finance teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs and support clinical training to ensure physician independence
- Establish and maintain hospital/ASC credentials and manage travel and expenses per budget
- Support resolution of product complaints/safety issues and comply with GMP, FDA, and Sunshine Act policies
- Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, high-achieving company culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience
- Medical device experience preferred
- Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
- Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
- Operating room experience required
- Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products and strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
- Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and proficient in complex reimbursement environments
- Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
- Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules
- Comfortable with frequent travel
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
