About the role

  • Lead all human resources functions for CADDi Co., LTD.'s US operations and shape people strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with CADDi US growth objectives
  • Partner with executive leadership on talent management, organizational design, compensation, and benefits
  • Provide executive oversight of HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS (Namely) management, and record-keeping
  • Champion continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, leveraging technology for efficiency and reporting
  • Serve as escalation point for complex employee relations and design employee engagement strategies informed by survey data
  • Lead development and implementation of performance management, leadership development, training, and career progression programs
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws across operating states and manage EEO-1 reporting
  • Drive initiatives that define and evolve US culture, employee experience programs, recognition frameworks, and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner and global TA team on end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, offers, and onboarding
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, providing coaching and professional development

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or manager-level role
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or manufacturing environments
  • Comprehensive oversight of HR operations, strategic talent management, and complex employee relations across multiple states
  • Proven track record building and scaling talent acquisition functions
  • Deep and current understanding of federal and multi-state labor laws and regulations (particularly IL, GA, MD, MA, CA, MI, FL)
  • Experience working with immigration and Visa sponsorship processes for employees
  • Exceptional communicator, influencer, and executive coach with experience partnering with senior leadership
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate HR metrics into strategic insights
  • Highly adaptable and able to lead with minimal direction in a startup environment
  • Passionate advocate for employee well-being and professional growth
  • Mastery of HRIS platforms (Namely preferred), Workable, Confluence, Slack, and Google Business Suite
  • Preference to be onsite in Chicago office five days a week
