Outside Sales

• Execute end-to-end professional enterprise sales from high-intensity lead generation (inbound/outbound) to deal closure to consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
• Analyze customer needs and consult on core Management Agendas, leveraging CADDi's platform to solve deep structural pains for manufacturers.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to align sales strategies with seamless, long-term customer transformation.
• Conduct strategic account research and market analysis to identify key stakeholders, uncover engagement opportunities, and optimize the sales pipeline.
• Manage sales forecasts, metrics reporting, and promotional activities efficiently to drive CADDi’s market presence and business growth in Vietnam.
