About the role
- Designing and implementing information systems that support C1’s business objectives
- Strategic planning, design, evaluation and risk management of system architectures
- Partnering with teams to understand business scope and implement sustainable, cost-effective solutions
- Develop comprehensive system architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into technical specifications
- Oversee integration of various business systems ensuring seamless communication and data flow
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption
- Align system architecture with business strategy and contribute to IT strategy execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology and business needs
- Identify and address security and compliance risks and implement mitigation measures
- Create and maintain documentation of system architectures, processes, and configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and collaborate on solutions
- Manage change impacts and provide training/support to end-users
- Implement QA best practices and define KPIs to measure process effectiveness
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement and recommend new technologies and practices
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners on solution selection and evaluation
- Lead and participate in peer reviews of solution designs and business processes
- Create process flowcharts and diagrams and participate in designing new features/enhancements
- Maintain understanding of Data Engineering techniques, tools and technologies
- Provide database integrations/data migrations between applications
- Analyze end-user needs and design, test, and develop software; diagnose issues and execute resolution plans
- Work independently and deliver on timelines
- Complete role specific training, certifications, or attend industry events as assigned by manager on an annual basis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other business related field
- 8 + years’ experience with Business process architecture or advanced Business Analysis
- Experience with ERP, ITMS and CRM systems
- 8 + years’ experience managing reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree (Desired/Preferred)
- Experience in Agile development (Desired/Preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of software engineering principles, methodologies, and procedures (Desired/Preferred)
- Knowledge of architecture tools (Desired/Preferred)
- Experience leading Business Analysts (Desired/Preferred)
