About the role

  • Generate qualified leads and unblock opportunities. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outreach. Conduct discovery and qualification calls with senior leaders at large enterprises, understanding their pain points and correlating potential business to value that.
  • Nurture leads until they are qualified and ready to talk with Dust. Work closely with Account Executives and Solution Engineers, and provide in depth information to the Account Executive team to convert the most qualified and productive SQLs.
  • Drive market expansion across European territories. Identify and develop new market opportunities in EU countries, establish a strong presence in key regions, and build strategic relationships to facilitate market entry.
  • Continuously improve our sales motion. Determine persona targets and develop prospecting plans and strategies to gain access to key accounts. Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a flair for elegant solutions to first-of-its-kind problems.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Hubspot, and sales automation tools - preferred, but not required.
  • A hard worker with the ability to be flexible as the needs of Dust evolve - no job is too big or too small.
