Overview: Manage partner onboarding, launch, and post-launch support; coordinate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to enable partners and accelerate partner time-to-market. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and launch programs acting as primary point of contact; develop and optimize workflows, checklists, and cadence; work with Product and Engineering on integrations; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market and training; monitor partner KPIs; organize kick-offs and status updates; own partner communication and documentation; capture learnings for training and enablement; collaborate with RevOps and Finance on pipeline and ROI; drive internal readiness and governance for launches. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or ecosystem operations in a SaaS or technology environment Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with a focus on process optimization and operational scalability Experience working with technical teams (product, engineering) and understanding of API integrations and partner ecosystems preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of negotiating and influencing internally and externally Metrics-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and act decisively on data insights Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and a high-growth, dynamic organizational environment Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM/PRM platforms is a plus
