About the role
- Manage and grow business across the Eastern U.S. within unattended retail (vending and micro markets)
- Spearhead CA Sales execution across non-traditional retail channels with concentration on Eastern U.S. accounts
- Lead business development across unattended retail while supporting channels such as theater, discounters, home hardware, and travel
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships within the region
- Develop and execute tailored strategies based on shopper insights and regional opportunities
- Drive execution against distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing priorities
- Lead regional customer business reviews, Top-to-Top meetings, and long-range planning to expand CA’s footprint
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Development, Sales Strategy, or Channel Management within the CPG industry
- Demonstrated success managing complex or non-traditional retail accounts and driving white space growth
- Background in relevant channels (Vending, Foodservice, Theater, Value/Discount, Hardware, or Travel Retail)
- Experience dealing with Vistar HQ is a strong plus
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and alignment skills with internal and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Eastern U.S.
