About the role

  • Build, sell, and execute joint business plans delivering objectives of assigned customer team and Kimberly-Clark Business Unit(s)
  • Lead Joint Business Planning with internal stakeholders (BU Sales, Marketing) and key customer contacts to gain alignment on goals and plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customer team members to analyze, build and execute the business plan
  • Deliver Net Sales, Contribution, Category Share, and DPSM objectives for CVS and Business Units
  • Adhere to Trade Promotion and dead net pricing guidelines
  • Achieve Joint Business Planning (JBP) goals mutually agreed with assigned customer
  • Manage delivery of plan and business objectives
  • Support brand strategies and assess marketplace implications of plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years progressive exempt status experience in business, customer management and customer development or equivalent in other business functions
  • Proficient in statistics and quantitative business analysis
  • Proficient in financial/budget management and currency exchange
  • Sales team management experience
  • Experience presenting to Executive Level staff
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, shelf reset experience, business planning processes and tools (preferred)
  • Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts (preferred)
  • Strong record of exceeding sales objectives (preferred)
  • Knowledge of K-C organizational structure, brands, categories, go to market policies and procedures (preferred)
  • Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovation to customers (preferred)
  • Digital commerce experience (preferred)
  • Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills; results and strategy orientation; business intuition; business management and planning; brand management; change management and team management (preferred)
  • Mentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, superior customer service and problem-solving (preferred)
