About the role
- Perform ongoing asset management and surveillance activities to monitor ownership and management performance and the physical integrity of the property(s) selected as collateral for the loan(s)
- Review and analysis of property operating statements
- Review of property inspections
- Monitor payment of Real Estate Taxes and Insurance
- ensure prompt payment of said items are being escrowed by BWE
- Monitor Borrower’s compliance with the Loan Documents
- Advise Senior Management of any perceived risks and/or issues within the assigned portfolio
- Act as the main point of contact and manage company relationships with all internal and external clients within an assigned portfolio
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders by responding promptly and accurately to questions and information requests
- Promote and participate in an established team atmosphere
Requirements
- Undergraduate business degree or equivalent in experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset/portfolio management preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, coordinate, and communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service
- Good analytical, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
