Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- Masters degree preferred
- A CPA license, or equivalent certification, is highly valued
- 7+ years of experience in accounting, ideally a mix of public accounting (Big Four or Next Ten) and industry experience
- At least 4+ years leading teams and managing complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to identify challenges and implement solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel
- Expertise with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is preferred
