About the role
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives including search, SEO, social media, and AI that align with business and client goals.
- Develop and monitor marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with a small creative team (designers, editors, copywriters) and web developers to optimize the site for conversion and SEO.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns: keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Drive and refine SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and generate qualified leads.
- Leverage AI-powered search tools and platforms to enhance discoverability, personalization, and campaign targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, and AI-based analytics platforms.
- Optimize landing pages, content, and site architecture for paid and organic channels.
- Craft and approve marketing content: brand messaging, ad copy, video scripts; provide creative direction and feedback.
- Oversee multiple client marketing projects, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, coordinate deliverables, and report to leadership on key metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign management and optimization.
- Extensive SEO experience, with a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proven success in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- Experience with AI Search technologies and a strong understanding of how AI is reshaping digital discovery.
- Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
