About the role

  • Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for our client to consistently deliver qualified leads through email campaigns, AI-driven content, and community engagement. This role is hands-on and performance-driven: you’ll be responsible for creating campaigns, engaging directly with prospects, and ensuring your work directly translates into new leads for our business.
  • You’ll be measured by how many quality leads you generate. Every email, post, or conversation should move prospects closer to becoming customers.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Build, launch, and optimize email drip/trickle campaigns to move prospects through the buyer journey.
  • Segment audiences, personalize messaging, and A/B test subject lines/content for maximum conversions.
  • Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversions to improve campaign performance.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to create local, relevant blogs, articles, and social posts tailored to target audiences.
  • Develop and manage content calendars aligned with lead generation goals.
  • Optimize all content for SEO and conversions to increase inbound traffic and visibility.
  • Community & Social Media Engagement: Actively engage in Facebook Groups, Marketplace, Instagram, and other communities to generate leads.
  • Start conversations, respond to inquiries, and move prospects from engagement to lead status.
  • Stay current with platform trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Lead Generation & Reporting: Maintain an unwavering focus on lead generation as the top priority.
  • Track all activities against lead metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, cost per lead).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, or social media engagement.
  • Strong ability to design and run email drip campaigns that convert.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation.
  • Direct experience engaging with prospects in Facebook Groups, Marketplace, Instagram, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, buyer personas, and conversion funnels.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
