About the role
- Develops a Healthcare Sector Sales Strategy and leads the creation of a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the healthcare market.
- Collaborates with divisional leaders to align offerings with healthcare clients’ evolving needs.
- Identifies and establishes relationships with C-Suite stakeholders within target healthcare facilities.
- Promotes integrated services across five key divisions: Special Inspections, Transactional Due Diligence, Project Management, Asset Management, and Architecture & Engineering Design.
- Drives adoption of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in healthcare facilities.
- Leads the promotion of healthcare-specific project management services, including design review and construction management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
- Advanced certifications (HACP, CHFM, CFM, PMP) are a plus.
- 5+ years in business development or sales in the healthcare facility management, construction, or asset management sectors,
- Expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with real estate due diligence, CMMS systems, project management, and healthcare facility operations.
- Demonstrate an ability to sell business to business services.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex asset management strategies to healthcare executives and facility managers.
- Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record).
