Collaborates with divisional leaders to align offerings with healthcare clients’ evolving needs.
Identifies and establishes relationships with C-Suite stakeholders within target healthcare facilities.
Promotes integrated services across five key divisions: Special Inspections, Transactional Due Diligence, Project Management, Asset Management, and Architecture & Engineering Design.
Drives adoption of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in healthcare facilities.
Leads the promotion of healthcare-specific project management services, including design review and construction management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
Advanced certifications (HACP, CHFM, CFM, PMP) are a plus.
5+ years in business development or sales in the healthcare facility management, construction, or asset management sectors,
Expertise in healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with real estate due diligence, CMMS systems, project management, and healthcare facility operations.
Demonstrate an ability to sell business to business services.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Ability to present complex asset management strategies to healthcare executives and facility managers.
Valid driver's license required with no significant motor vehicle record (MVR) points/violations (clean driving record).
