About the role
- Introduce, develop, and optimise CRM activity for the US and other markets
- Implement customer promotions that enhance user experience, engagement and commercial KPIs
- Manage and optimise automated flows
- Create, execute and report on multi-channel campaigns across CRM tools
- Build HTML emails, push notifications, app messages, social media posts, automated email flows, promotional pages and purchase offers
- Coordinate production of marketing materials (copy and image assets) and deliver campaign setups to quality and timelines
- Conduct post-campaign reporting and proactively suggest and implement improvements
- Work with several data streams for segmentation and define target audiences
- Execute A/B testing across campaigns and define campaigns via CRM and marketing tools
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college
- Ideally experience with USA market or Gaming/eCommerce background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Bloomreach and/or other CRM platforms
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management
