About the role

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM retention campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, etc.).
  • Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up in CRM systems, following segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Support the implementation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates optimized for various devices and platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of tasks as required, including content/design requests and campaign setups.
  • Identify and analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to inform CRM strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar).
  • Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Experience in HTML coding is considered a great asset.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Proficient in standard office software and usage of vast array of tools.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Focused on achieving objectives and driving results.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving industry trends.
