About the role
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM retention campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, etc.).
- Ensure all campaigns are correctly set up in CRM systems, following segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Support the implementation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Utilize HTML skills to create and modify email templates optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Assist in the execution of tasks as required, including content/design requests and campaign setups.
- Identify and analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and trends to inform CRM strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of CRM campaigns, workflows, and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar).
- Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Experience in email marketing.
- Experience in HTML coding is considered a great asset.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
- Proficient in standard office software and usage of vast array of tools.
