About the role
- Own the service and concierge component of the customer success journey in partnership with Customer Architects and Sales
- Support onboarding, implementation, and experience initiatives for new and existing customers
- Develop relationships with key users to understand business needs and escalate complex requirements
- Guide customer stakeholders through product adoption, providing exceptional service and fostering growth
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Management to hand off and successfully onboard new clients
- Monitor and track customer usage, satisfaction, and retention metrics
- Support identification of upsell opportunities by surfacing customer feedback to Account Managers
- Draw actionable insights from analytics and customer reports
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Rho’s CRM tools and systems
- Engage in self-directed learning to master Rho’s platform and fintech best practices
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a professional client-facing, customer success, or account support role (internships included)
- Experience working in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple clients or stakeholders simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Background or coursework in business, finance, or relevant field is a plus
- Legally authorized to work in the US (application asks about work authorization and visa sponsorship)
- Willingness and ability to work from your local office 5 days/week (Rho has offices in NYC, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Belgrade)
