Customer Success Manager

Compliance

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of a group-wide compliance monitoring and testing framework across multiple regulated B2C and B2B gaming operators.
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing of first line of defence (1LOD) activities, including player and operator onboarding, screening processes, risk assessments, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Provide flexible cover and support to the Compliance team during periods of absence, peak workloads, or key reporting deadlines (e.g. large client onboarding or regulatory submissions).
• Contribute to group-wide reporting, risk assessments, regulatory requests, and ongoing risk management initiatives.
