About the role
- Build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, TikTok, and YouTube following in-house training.
- Analyse campaign results, extract meaningful insights and develop a science-based approach to optimisation and testing.
- Work with Senior Paid Media Manager to ensure campaigns follow best practices and align with acquisition strategy and growth targets.
- Provide data-driven insights to the Brand team on campaign performance.
- Liaise with affiliate partners and prospects.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, Product, and Studio teams to ensure high level of cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) and keen to become an expert.
- Excellent, proven numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective writing skills - European languages, in addition to English, are a big plus!
- Digital native with a personal interest in social media and online niches (e.g: YouTube).
- Strong organisation skills.
- Interest in fitness, health/nutrition, and sports is always a bonus!
