- Drive the integration and optimization of Luna's technology for enhanced patient care and user experience.
- Enhance Physical Therapist retention rates and optimize treatment capacity through targeted initiatives.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strategic Physical Therapist partnerships.
- Utilize analytics to assess therapist and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovation and addressing evolving needs.
- Act as a departmental representative, handling critical situations and ensuring continuity.
- Develop and execute onboarding processes for new providers.
- Manage relationships with all platform providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
- Identify and propose solutions to improve processes, workflows, and systems.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate team and individual performance, ensuring goal achievement.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to optimize team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
- Proven success in leading large-scale teams and strategic initiatives, with a visionary and results-oriented leadership style.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Physical Therapist services, and emerging trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
