  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strategic Physical Therapist partnerships.
  • Utilize analytics to assess therapist and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovation and addressing evolving needs.
  • Act as a departmental representative, handling critical situations and ensuring continuity.
  • Develop and execute onboarding processes for new providers.
  • Manage relationships with all platform providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Identify and propose solutions to improve processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate team and individual performance, ensuring goal achievement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale teams and strategic initiatives, with a visionary and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, Physical Therapist services, and emerging trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
