• Build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, TikTok, and YouTube following in-house training.
• Analyse campaign results, extract meaningful insights and develop a science-based approach to optimisation and testing.
• Work with Senior Paid Media Manager to ensure campaigns follow best practices and align with acquisition strategy and growth targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to the Brand team on campaign performance.
• Liaise with affiliate partners and prospects.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Product, and Studio teams to ensure high level of cross-team collaboration.
