About the role
- Manage and ensure the successful delivery of contracted services, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong, day-to-day relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of client needs and seamless service execution
- Assist clients with general and in-depth questions regarding our software solutions and designations via phone, email or chat
- Handle routine assignments and problem-solving using established procedures and best practices
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in client services, account management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering superior client experiences
- Familiarity with financial services or fintech environments (preferred)
