About the role

  • Own the growth strategy for the product, aligning acquisition, activation, upgrade, and retention goals with company OKRs
  • Optimize the onboarding journey to maximize conversion from app install through a user’s first-time experience with Brigit’s products: Instant Cash, Credit Builder, and our new Line of Credit offering
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to improve paid and organic acquisition performance through landing pages, referrals, and integrated marketing technology
  • Identify and scale monetization opportunities through pricing, subscription, and value-added services
  • Improve retention and reactivation through personalized lifecycle messaging, feature adoption campaigns, and in-product user experience
  • Mentor and develop PMs within the growth team, fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making and rapid iteration
  • Balance growth and customer trust by ensuring product changes align with our mission and regulatory obligations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in growth or lifecycle-focused product roles
  • Proven success leading growth strategies in a B2C fintech or subscription environment
  • Deep experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode)
  • Strong understanding of mobile product development, especially in high-frequency use cases
  • Excellent business judgment with an ability to prioritize between quick wins and long-term bets
  • Empathy for customers with financial stress and a desire to create responsible, mission-aligned growth
  • Bonus: Experience in cash advance, lending, or other regulated financial products
  • Ability to live in the New York City area and work onsite 4–5 days per week
