About the role
- Own the core user experience for either drafting contracts or underwriting transactions on the Crux platform
- Work directly with product management, customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to eliminate friction and continuously improve the process
- Iterate quickly with stakeholders to improve features in market
- Partner with engineering & product to drive implementation
- Deeply understand customers and market and build features purpose-built for their needs
- Leverage industry-leading data to guide UX decision-making and weave data throughout the product
- Actively participate in company-building
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in UX design
- Experience in B2B software or complex industries
- Experience building features that leverage LLMs
- Startup experience, wearing multiple hats
- Mission-oriented toward sustainable finance
