• Make sure property and buildings are properly maintained and meet health and safety codes.
• Help secure contracted services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and utilities for each location within their area.
• Work closely with individual site managers for feedback on particular repairs, maintenance, or other issues.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and equipment/furniture delivery companies.

• Demonstrate competency for individual counseling, offering occasional individual counselor sessions as appropriate.
• Assist with treatment planning and reviewing progress towards treatment plan goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Carry and effectively manage a caseload of patients.
• Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements.
• Attend required meetings including but not limited to all on-site staff meetings, supervision, multidisciplinary team meetings. Attend required meetings including individual and group supervision, multidisciplinary team meeting, and quarterly in-service.
• Occasional training/onboarding support for new hire Counselor I. Training, onboarding, and mentorship support for new hire counselors within the site or adjacent clinics.

• Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations
• Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic
• Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings
• Responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting
• Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center
• Ensures clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training
• Effectively manages all site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines
• Cultivates staff development and sets clear expectations for performance
• Establishes staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts
• Develops community partnerships in collaboration with BrightView’s Outreach teams
• Ensures proper collaboration with the Quality department partner
• Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed
• Follows and enforces all federal, state, and local healthcare requirements
• Responsible for new staff onboarding and training
