Executive Assistant

• Manage complex calendars for five Board Directors, ensuring optimal use of their time.
• Schedule and coordinate Board and leadership meetings, offsite and key events.
• Prepare, collate and distribute meeting agendas, board packs and briefing materials.
• Take accurate minutes and track action items to completion.
• Act as a central point of contact between the Board, Senior Leadership and external stakeholders.
• Manage high-volume email correspondence on behalf of Directors, prioritising and flagging urgent matters.
• Arrange national and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
• Process expenses promptly and accurately.
• Support Directors with preparation of presentations, reports and proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments.
• Handle sensitive business, financial, and personnel information with absolute discretion.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and represent the Board with professionalism at all times.
• Be an advocate for the Bridewell values.
