Security Engineer

• Work within the Security Architecture and Cyber Consulting teams
• Work with clients across Financial Services, Critical National Infrastructure, and Government
• Deliver a range of Security Architecture projects at Senior Consultant level
• Provide subject matter expertise for security best practices
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data
• Support and advise on projects and change initiatives
• Ensure projects do not negatively affect security posture, policies, procedures, or architectural blueprints
• Carry out security architecture reviews
• Report security architecture reviews to executives and key stakeholders
• Work with varied client teams to deliver security architecture as a service

Senior Security Architect

• Deliver OT Cyber Security services to clients
• Support the wider consulting practice on Cyber Security projects, ranging from risk assessments to full ISMS development and international standards accreditation
• Transition clients to mature cyber security and resilience
• Support implementation of frameworks, standards, and guidance
• Help clients understand attack vectors exploitable by threats
• Design secure OT network architectures and perimeter defences
• Deliver innovative security solutions for older OT systems
• Author OT-specific policies, processes, and technical standards
• Provide assurance of cyber transformation projects
• Support selection and development of security solutions and technologies
• Design OT remote access solutions
• Travel to different sites on occasion

Senior OT Security Consultant

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge cloud security technologies for clients
• Secure SaaS AI tools, agentic development, and bespoke AI applications in customer environments
• Design and deploy identity and access management solutions for cloud identity providers
• Support and design endpoint, email, and identity protection technology deployments using XDR
• Support and design cloud SIEM/SOAR technology deployments in enterprise environments
• Assess and review customer cloud security posture across multiple solutions and technologies
• Create and maintain technical project documentation, including technical configuration documents and low-level designs
• Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and team members to align security strategies with business goals
• Present findings and recommendations to customer technical teams and technical decision makers
• Support the wider Bridewell team, including Managed Security Services, with customer-facing and internal tasks
• Work across clients and industries while collaborating with different Bridewell teams

• Define and execute the Cloud Security strategy, aligned with wider business objectives and growth plans.
• Shape the future direction of the Cloud practice, identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and new service opportunities.
• Lead the strategic adoption of AI and cloud security technologies to enhance both customer outcomes and internal capabilities.
• Build and maintain a roadmap that ensures the organisation remains at the forefront of cloud security innovation.
• Work with managers across the Cloud practice to develop a high-performing team of Cloud Security Consultants and Technical Specialists.
• Act as a senior technical and strategic advisor to clients.
• Drive capability development across Microsoft Azure, AWS Security, emerging AI security platforms, etc.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline development, and service expansion initiatives.
