About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver OT Cyber Security services to clients
Support the wider consulting practice on Cyber Security projects, ranging from risk assessments to full ISMS development and international standards accreditation
Transition clients to mature cyber security and resilience
Support implementation of frameworks, standards, and guidance
Help clients understand attack vectors exploitable by threats
Design secure OT network architectures and perimeter defences
Deliver innovative security solutions for older OT systems
Author OT-specific policies, processes, and technical standards
Provide assurance of cyber transformation projects
Support selection and development of security solutions and technologies
Design OT remote access solutions
Travel to different sites on occasion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience and expertise in both cyber security and operational technology (OT), ideally in a client facing role
Experience delivering complex projects and developing and maintaining client relationships at a senior level
Understanding of OT products and systems, such as PLCs and SCADA
Understanding of common cyber security challenges, controls, and approaches within OT environments
Understanding of differing cyber security priorities in OT and IT
Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, including ISA/IEC62443, NCSC CAF, NIST SP 800-82, HSE OG86, and ISO 27001
Awareness and understanding of the OT security threat landscape
Ability to understand and articulate impacts of cyber security events in various OT environments
Experience performing cyber risk assessments
Familiarity with asset discovery, vulnerability analysis, and threat detection tooling
Expertise in an industrial sector
Strong verbal communication skills and technical authoring capabilities
