About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within the Security Architecture and Cyber Consulting teams
- Work with clients across Financial Services, Critical National Infrastructure, and Government
- Deliver a range of Security Architecture projects at Senior Consultant level
- Provide subject matter expertise for security best practices
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data
- Support and advise on projects and change initiatives
- Ensure projects do not negatively affect security posture, policies, procedures, or architectural blueprints
- Carry out security architecture reviews
- Report security architecture reviews to executives and key stakeholders
- Work with varied client teams to deliver security architecture as a service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience in Security Architecture and Cloud Security
- Experience delivering comprehensive and robust security solutions to different audiences
- Experience owning, leading, and developing end-to-end solution architectures for projects with high security requirements
- Subject matter expertise in security best practices
- Experience delivering and maintaining enterprise security solutions and architectures
- Experience with Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Cloud Security using Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with Network Security
- Experience with DevSecOps
- Experience with Security Monitoring and Remediation
- Experience with Defense in Depth Security Architecture, particularly Zero Trust Security Architecture
- Knowledge of Secure Software Development Life Cycle best practices
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Information Security risk management tools and techniques
- Demonstrable knowledge of cyber security frameworks, including ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CIS Benchmarks, and Cloud Platform Well Architected Frameworks
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing enterprise security technology controls and platforms
- Experience of security governance and compliance across public, private, and government sectors
- Awareness and understanding of the Information Security threat landscape
- Deep understanding of Information Security solutions and controls
- Cloud security solutions and standards experience is highly advantageous
- Must either hold SC or be eligible and willing to go through security clearance
