About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge cloud security technologies for clients
  • Secure SaaS AI tools, agentic development, and bespoke AI applications in customer environments
  • Design and deploy identity and access management solutions for cloud identity providers
  • Support and design endpoint, email, and identity protection technology deployments using XDR
  • Support and design cloud SIEM/SOAR technology deployments in enterprise environments
  • Assess and review customer cloud security posture across multiple solutions and technologies
  • Create and maintain technical project documentation, including technical configuration documents and low-level designs
  • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, and team members to align security strategies with business goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to customer technical teams and technical decision makers
  • Support the wider Bridewell team, including Managed Security Services, with customer-facing and internal tasks
  • Work across clients and industries while collaborating with different Bridewell teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Azure and Microsoft cloud services
  • Passion for problem-solving, collaborative team working, and creating innovative solutions
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Experience with one or more Microsoft Security products, and knowledge of the rest: Microsoft Entra; Microsoft 365 Defender; Microsoft Sentinel; Microsoft Copilot for Security; Microsoft Intune; Microsoft Defender for Cloud
  • Must either hold SC security clearance or be eligible and willing to go through security clearance
  • Knowledge of security solutions in AWS and/or GCP environments (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of developing or securing large language models (LLMs) or AI Agents (nice to have)
  • Experience with equivalent cloud security products (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of data governance, data security, and risk and compliance solutions such as Microsoft Purview (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or BASH (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of CIS and MITRE frameworks and benchmarks (nice to have)
  • Security Operations Centre experience (nice to have)
  • Experience delivering customer-facing presentations to technical senior stakeholders (nice to have)
  • Industry-recognised certifications such as Microsoft, SANS, or ISC2 (nice to have)
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical teams (nice to have)
